Yeah it will be fine. BackYard_Quail, do you think that quail in the wild raise the humidity and stop turning exactly 3 days prior to hatch? No they do none of these things. These techniques are man made injects that simply increase hatch rates. Don't worry about it.
Also, movement of the eggs is overrated. Some do, some don't.
I remember thinking my whole first batch of coturnix wasn't going to hatch because there was no movement or sound. That is until "Quail Krakatoa" erupted and I had a 95% hatch rate.
