LMAOHeyyyy...sush your mouth...lol
Yay! Congrats!I have silkies hatching! I love them!!!
I use the "dry" method. I prefer to call it "low humidity incubation" method. lol I monitor my air cells closely to know if I need to adjust humidity and how. This is my method: http://letsraisechickens.weebly.com...anuals-understanding-and-controlling-humidityWhat method of incubation did you guys use ? Was it the dry method? Sorry about butting in. new at this.
You can lay them down if it makes you feel better, but until you start seeing some pips, you are going to be chewing your nails no matter how they are placed in there. lolSilkies are so cute. (I must not order any...I must not order any!) Hehe
So I'm halfway thru day 19. No pips. Humidity is anywhere between 69 & 75%. Windows seems to start fogging at 71% for me. I have to keep the lid cracked on the side just hair to keep it from fogging.
I'm starting to second guess my choice to leave them in the cartons. I still have time to remove them now since I have no pips? Or just leave them?
