Five of the BCMs in my incubator look fairly translucent at day 14. Kind of a cloudy, darker part in the center, but I can’t see any veins or how most of the others are pretty dark in the bottom 2/3 of the egg. They do not stink, but I’m thinking these five are yolkers and should go.

Thoughts? This picture is terrible and egg doesn’t glow as much as this iPhone pic makes it appear, but it is definitely showing light top and bottom.

Here’s a better representation- I dialed down the exposure setting and this looks more like what I see. Still exaggerated but yes, this, with cloudy-ier section (yolk?) in the middle.

I’m scared to leave them in and think I should bravely pull them.

I see zero development from the photos. The photo quality is drastically reduced after uploading. If you're on day 14 and don't see veins, I'd say scrap it.

I have a black copper maran hen who is 7 months old. She lays the prettiest eggs, & she is a sweet girl. She’s beautiful. With the copper in her hackles & the black feather that shine the bluish-purplish colors within the black feathers. I don’t have any advice. Just wanted to say they’re lovely birds!
