day 17 is this normal?

Hello it is day 17 my incubated chicken egg look like this is it gonna hatch?or should i remove it
EDIT:Im using this 4 eggs chinese incubator as you can see eggs are ppaced verticaly and the only way i turn them is upside down

EDIT; I cracked the egg before it explode on me and this is what its look like the embroy stick on one side and its not alive

I have never had this happen, however, I have only hatched eggs like 5 times so I am not very experienced! Are you worried about it being rotten and exploding? Does it smell at all? I doubt it is going to hatch or pip within the day. What are your humidity and temperature? I hope the chick in their pulls through!

By day 17 you should have a much larger embryo in there (filling most of the shell) and good veining in the limited space remaining. That looks like a dead egg to me, but sometimes details don’t come through well in pictures. If you can see veins, or movement, then it may be viable but behind. Do you have other eggs to compare it to?

That is not normal, and likely quit some time back. But with only four days left, it can’t hurt to leave it and give it its best chance - as previously noted, pics don’t always show the truth and you’d hate to remove an egg that still stood a chance
