I’ve messaged the farm, would only want 1 as I’m not the biggest fan of bantams. (Had a bad experience with them bought 6 before and all 6 turned out to be cockerels, the noise would atrocious)
Will give to the end of tomorrow before I think about collecting a chick

Day 23 and nothing from the eggs. The farm sold the chicks and doesn’t have anymore which I’m gutted about. Not sure what to do as there is no chicks for sale near me (think it’s because of the season)
The chick I have looks so lonely, she stares into her mirror all day

Can chicks and ducks be together? Never knew that, that’s awesome. Although there are no ducklings either being sold I’m in a part of UK where having chickens isn’t too common, and a lot of people don’t breed in November, it’s so annoying

Thanks for this reccomendation. After a thorough search I’ve found an ad of someone selling chicks 1 hour away from me. Gave them a message to see the youngest they have. Fingers crossed this works
