Well, I have four!! I don't know why they were slow, and I still hope my next time is better, but its much better than I was expecting a couple days ago.

I also sold my chicks!

PoultryScienceAggie, I saved two likely looking RIR for you, hopefully they are cockerels, but if not, well that's almost better, right?

I'm wondering if your temps might have been a degree or two low. That will cause a delay in hatch time. Just a thought and I'm so happy that you at least got 4!

What temp should it have been? For a still air, that is.

I wish I could help you with that one, but my bator is a Hova Bator and the only one I've ever had any experience with. Maybe someone else can answer that for you.
