Snow Barn mom, any more new chicks. This little yellow one is so cute!
It's okay, it's just spiking due to the wet chicks. Open the vent holes though, as the chicks will need plenty of oxygen. The heat won't drop that much.Yes! Omg! I've had 4 hatch since I posted that! And one more is making quick work!
But my humidity spiked to 80%!!! I opened a vent hole, but don't want to loose heat. I'm worried. Advice? Please and thank you!

Candled all 21 eggs last night, looked like 5 were gone, took them out and did eggtopsies, 4 were dead and one was starting to rot, the fifth sadly wasnt dead until of course I opened it up... I had marked some of the eggs to mark growth at the pointy end and this one hadn't filled in any more hence my decision to remove it... It was further along then the other four...Although sad that I killed it , it actually gave me hope for the remaining 16 in the incubator that they will hopefully hatch..
Wont candle again til Friday or Saturday.. ( Tomorrow is day 21)
