Day 18!

Today is day 18 and I have upped the humidity to 70-80 degrees for my BC Maran eggs. I am soo excited and then nervous too! I am in Riverside, California so our humidity is not very high. The room humidity that I have my bator in is at 60 degrees right now. I have been reading and it says not to open the bator at this point but what if I have to add water? I can use a syringe to fill the reservoirs if necessary. Is this the best thing to do? Thanks for all the help!

I use a straw through the vent hole to add water and a syringe to put water in the straw. It works pretty well.
