Day 19 and no signs of movement even after seeing veins prior to lockdown... HELP!!!

One of my eggs have completely moved position. At the pointy end I see a bit of brown showing which I think could possibly be the membrane, however their are no cracks or shell lying around? Is this just a mark on the egg or is it actually the membrane? And does this indicate a possibility of hatching, even on day 21?
At hte pointy end? The air cell and hatching chick will be at the round wide end.
Did you happen to get a photo?

Idk if you can tell, but right at the pointy end. Should I make a hole or something??

I might see what your talking about, do you think you could pull it out of the incubator and get a clear photo? I do not recommend making a hole. I have no experience with quail, plus it would be easy to hit the chick if it was trying to hatch there. Clear photos of that spot will make it easier for experienced members to help though.

if you're certain the egg has moved, perhaps the chick in that egg is alive and rocked it-
How much did it move, or rotate?
Could you take a photo of the brown area?

What does the egg look like when you candle it? It is remotely possible that it still might hatch, but it becomes less and less likely as time goes on.

I don't see anything. Can you get a candeling photo of the air cell? The air cell is on the wide round end not the pointy end. The chick should not be hatching on the pointy end, that would mean it was malpositioned.

Hiya,

I took a video but it really isn't clear. However, I saw its beak and it is moving inside. Is that a good sign?!
