Day 19 Humidity Questions

I have a Little Giant still-air incubator. My chicken eggs are on day 19. I have all three water troughs full and I also have a wet sponge above the wire. Is this enough? My humidity thermometer reads 47ish percent, but it is a very cheap non-digital one so I don't really trust it. What to do? Thanks!!!

My incubator has only one water trough filled and it's at 54% humidity, so three and a sponge should be plenty. If you have an old hygrometer, maybe it's time to get a new one?
