Day 19 of hatch the eggs are not full

i am at day 19 of incubation on my chicks but the eggs are not full like they should be. All still alive and moving around but in all my other hatches the eggs are full up to air sac but these are not. I know I have correct dates. Should I keep turning them or will they just be small chicks I’m confused it’s like they are a week behind

Are the movement patterns distinct and "jerky" or possibly is the movement more fluid, like the chick is floating and moving in response to your movement of the egg? Did you calibrate your thermometer prior to setting this batch?

I actually haven’t turned off my incubator since first batch I have second incubator to hatch in keeps mess in it not the good one. I only had 2 eggs not hatch I think it’s because I bought these eggs paid really good money for them too! I have no problem with my own eggs. I think there’s a few that could been my movement but there’s definitely some still alive so I’m hoping
