Broody much much better today and the eggs are peeping

I'm so glad she pulled out of it. Some broody's are so dedicated they forget to eat and drink to the point of illness. Can't wait til you see the babies!

Broody momma just hatched her first chick!!!!!!!!! It seems very healthy and active. Kids are going to freak out when then get up in the morning to a new baby

Awww, great pic! How many eggs is she sitting on? Once all the chicks are hatched she'll start eating and drinking a lot more.

She is sitting on 8-I know 5 have now hatched. Is it OK to pick her up to look under her? This is our first time so I really wanna see whats going on under there!
