Ok I am a new new newbie at hatching. This is my first hatch so I have read read read as much as I can.
May 1 @ 7:22 pm eggs were set
Temp and humidity were between 99.6-100.2 and 48-49% all throughout
May 18 - lockdown- humidity was a pain but evened out around 60-65% throughout
May 21 - nothing. No movement no cheep, no pips nothing, nada.
my nerves however are fried. Am I worrying too early?

If you set them on a Friday, they should begin to hatch on either Thursday or Friday as your first day is always Day 0 :) If you candled and saw movement upon lockdown you should be good to go still. Give it a bit more time before you get concerned. My eggs are normally quite quiet until they externally pip.

Don't worry! I've never had eggs rocking or cheeping prior to seeing to an external pip. It is also very normal not to see any pips until near the end of day 20 or beginning of day 21, with hatching happening on day 21 and 22.
