Day 20 of Button Quail Incubation

Day 20 doesn't sound good. It sounds like your temperatures were low during incubation. Never trust the incubator's readings.

Leave them alone. The ones that have internally pipped still have a chance, but if you assist and they're not ready, they're going to die. The one that has pipped at the wrong end is not likely to make it out of the egg without assistance, but as @Kiki said, it probably won't make it even if you do assist.
Ok, I'll leave them for now. Should I assist the wrong end one soon then? Or wait? If I see that it's not ready I will stop immediately.

I know some people don't like to assist because the chicks usually have issues, but I want to at least give them a shot. It was probably something I did that caused this.
I only hatch chickens.

But all my assisted birds never had any issues. But quail maybe abit different.

If it has been externally pipped for 24 hours, then assist.

Since they're already delayed I would definitely take them out of the incubator ASAP and give them food and water. It's not recommended to wait longer than 24 hours for quail. They're not like chickens.
