i'm on day 20 today with 8 eggs. i've seen five move so i'm getting excited. these are my welsummer/pendesenca mix. good to hear yours are doing their thing.

I'm on day 20 also with 2 pips. Don't know what they are. We should all put pictures up together. What do you think?

i tried taking pictures, but none of them turned out. i now have 4 pips!!! YEAH!!! nothing yet from my eggs or the showgirl eggs, but leah's eggs are pipping up a storm

i'm waiting on d'uccle eggs from a swap or trade can't remember now which reminds me i got to check for pips. i'm excited too and can't wait!!

NewChickenMom how are things going. I have one hatch and 5 pips. The one that hatch this morning I feel bad for. She's all by her self.

Well DH told me he saw a cat out by the chickens. I'm out of here and I've got the gun. Nothing come between momma and her chickens.

I got super lucky with the last hatch, pips on day 17 and I wasn't even looking for it!!! That's what makes broodies better than us I guess. Every other time I'm sitting on my hands on day 20
