HELP. I have two eggs that the chicks pipped at the pointed end rather than the fat end where the air sac is located. Will I need assist? Or will they hatch fine?

Thank you!

First off, don't panic! That's what I did and it was pointless.
How long have they been pipped? Are the pips facing straight up or underneath the egg?
Leave them alone for now. I waited about 48 hours before intervening. If you have to intervene I will help walk you through it.
Some hatch perfectly fine without help, some need a little boost. Give them a chance to try. :)

They pipped yesterday morning. So it’s been almost 24 hours. So far only two have hatched out of the 10 inside. I removed the two chicks that hatched to put in the brooder. There are two eggs that haven’t pipped yet but I can see them wiggling. One of the eggs that pipped at the wrong end is now pip down in the incubator due to the hatching of the last chick. I’m trying to not take the lid off the incubator, its now day 21 and the second chick hatched at 3 am.

Can you hear the chicks peeping? Peeping is a good thing. If they dont peep for a while it might be wise to turn the egg so the pip is facing up towards the sky. But you're right in not wanting to open the incubator.
You're doing great :)
