Day 21 and no pips

I've got a silkie sitting on 4 eggs and its day 21. When I let her out for a break we saw 3 of them rolling around, there are still no pips. Is this normal?

Yes, many eggs tend to hatch on days 22 and 23, sometimes hatchers can be as late as day 25. I would just wait and see what happens before doing anything.
