day 21 and nothing...?

Get used to it. Happens all the time. Sometimes mine are late, sometimes right on time. Doesn't really seem to matter about the temp. Mine flectuates a lot and as for the vent plug thing, I have tried it with them in, out and one in, doesn't really seem to matter much. Just wait, if they are peeping, they are likely coming.

Its really common and ok for them to be a day or 2 late. fluxing temps, dropping and raised humidity.... even in nature under mama. Heck, my kid was 4 days late!

So you see anything new today, perhaps a pip or more rocking?

I've had a hatch not even start pipping until day 23 and 24 so just sit back and be patient. It will be ok. You've done what you can do, now let nature do the rest.

THREE BABY CHICKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!

and 6 more pips!! so far we have: 2 white rocks and one black baby that is a red roo/Australorp mix! so far the Araucana egg I did this for isn't pipped :/but as long as there are babys I'm happy!!!
