Day 21 - No chicks hatching out or peeping or chirping or moving! Help

No, after day 18 you stop turning so the chicks can get into position for hatching.

Why on the ends of some of my eggs is there rings on the outer shell? They are grayish/orange color

Candled the eggs today. Saw blood ring on this little guy. Cracked the egg open to see and this is what I saw.

RELAXX!!!!!! If you got shipped eggs its most likely that it will take a few more days to hatch. Don't open the incubator any more because you can lower the humidity and "shrink-wrap" the chicks. Wait a few more days. And DO NOT open the incubator unless you need to add more water. Make sure the humidity is 70%-80%. It can take about 25 days for shipped eggs to hatch and if the temp was to low as well. Calm down and dont touch the incubator.
