Some hatch early, some hatch right on time and some hatch late. It has a lot to do with how well you handle the temperature and humidity levels in the incubator during the whole process too though. There are quite a few things that can cause delay in hatching eggs but I wouldn’t start to worry until after day 24-25.

I should also note that chicks prefer hatching in the dark, much as they would be if they were underneath a broody hen.
