Got a pip yesterday morning! It’s been probably 20 hours and she hasn’t made much progress. Should I help her later if she doesn’t make anymore?Good morning. Any progress?

It’s day 23, think she still needs time? She's resting still and finishing the yolk more than likely. It can take over a day from outer pip to hatch
She’s peeping better now, I super carefully took only what she pipped off. Every time I see her wiggle it’s super weak? She barely moves. I didn’t mess with the layer right under the shell though, should I poke a little hole for her?If they've pipped they're usually okay. Is she wriggling around or making any sounds? If you really want, you can CARFULLY peel the bird of shell that are pushed up from the pip so you can see her beak. The extra oxygen from that won't hurt either
Got it! No blood and now I can see her little beakIf there are no veins. If you work and see blood, stop immediately
She opened and closed her mouth a few times? Maybe 3 times but I think it was because I was messing with herDoes it look like she's chewing anything?
