Day 21 on pheasant eggs. What ??

I am on lock down on pheasant eggs. (ring neck).I have them in a sportsman. Can some one tell what the humidity should be?

Same as a chicken, about 60-65%. Today is my hatch day for my red golden pheasants. I can see a few pip's now.

Ok . Thanks. Do they hatch early like the chickens ?Or are they right on day 24.?Never hatched them before. Also, WHen they pip,do they take just as long as chickens or are they faster?
