Day 21 still no pips????

I'm on day 21 for chick and 28 for duck but still no pips, is this quite normal, there has been no noise from them either??

are they all in the same bator ? what are your humidity levels ? My eggs are often late though so I would leave them for 25 days before giving up , I often don't hear anything either until they have pipped
