Does Piglet (?little?) really need Pooh (or is it vise versa?) to help them????

I have seen each of them use it on their own but it is much easier for them if they are both on there.
I still haven't seen anyone other than Piglet use it spontaneously without me reminding them, and Sylvie has refused to even look at it. Amazingly she managed to have a full crop entirely from what she foraged within the Chicken Palace while all food was withdrawn and they were confined. Lots of bugs around and she dug deep for worms!

The heat is not as bad as last year, but a chook, Tweety, still died. The temps don't usually go past 110. Ijak and the others are still doing well, and I improved the cooler. It's more like a real evaporative cooler now.
So much more to say, but it's still busy. Thanks!

So cool... literally Sorry about Tweety... over the yrs we've lost a couple to heatstroke. Ijak is gorgeous. Buff roo is a beaut too. They are big!

Wacky Wattle Wednesday

Heading to work this morning and had one of those ‘that wasn’t here Friday’ moments….

Now just were does one get a huge white rooster I ask you?!

Best I can figure, it’s to draw the eye to the bill-board for the advertisement (GMC/Chevy dealer).
