Day 21 What is this in air cell?

What is this dark area at top of air cell?

Day 19 aircell looked smaller than it should- veins and movement was present. Humidity has been between 55-65 bc its a staggered hatch- this egg being last.
I quickly candled on day 20 when incubator was open to remove rambunctious chick and there was no internal pip, veins were present but I did not see movement. Today no veins, no movement and this aircell anomaly appeared. Also the opposite end now has some clearing- for lack of better term. I think the egg quit but not sure what I’m seeing. anyone have thoughts? pics were this AM-there is light interference but I filtered the pics for better contrast.

In picture 2 it looks like the little beak! Internally pipped by the looks!

that’s at the wrong end. should I put a safty hole in both ends?

Ugh idk! Gosh I how someone else with that experience can answer I am so sorry. I've never experienced that end

Sorry to tag you. I need urgent advice on the pics above. Second pic is opposite air cell. Other poster thought it looks like a pip.
Do I place a safety hole there or both ends or not at all? Humidity 62%, temp 99.5
