not really, they still have yolk outside of them, and while they are resting and learning to breath that pulls the yolk the rest of the way in.Can I do anything else to encourage them to hatch?!?! I'm not that patient

That's likely part of it. but once they've pipped externally they have air readily.Wow that's very interesting! ive always been interested in science. i really hope they hatch! i read somewhere that they have a spasm because their air cell isnt providing enough oxygen...but im not too sure. is that true?
