DAY 22 NO PEEPING NO PIPPING TINY TINY BIT OF MOVING HELP !!!

I have still air also. At this point you are day 23 atleast, I would try poking a hole in air cell to see if you even have movement, if you do put it back

I can't see how poking a hole in it is going to help show if there is movement. I would think that candling would be much safer. It's really not a good idea to be messing with and poking holes into eggs that are not ready to hatch yet.

OP, if your temps were consistently too low, it will delay the hatch. There is no way for any of us to know when or even if your egg will hatch at this point. In my opinion, your best bet is to keep your incubator closed, don't mess with the egg and wait a few more days. The egg will hatch, or it won't. Messing with it will increase the chances that it won't. If it hatches, there could still be problems with the chick since the lower temperature could have affected development. If it doesn't chalk it up to lessons learned and try again.

He said he put in the egg 23 days ago...
candling to a newbee can be deceptive, if there is a lot of water in the egg, and a dead chick it could look like movement with water sloshing about, (heck even to non-newbees.. we all have hope.) some other gal who has been candling only kept saying I see movement, and here eggs were 8 days over due.

Yes, but also said that the temperatures were low. That will delay hatching. It can delay for several days. I usually dispose of any unhatched eggs after Day 25 or 26. By that point, I would say that it's not going to happen, and if it does, you may end up with a weak chick that may not make it anyway.

My guess is opening up a incubator that hold 7 eggs is fluctuation the temps and humidity a lot. I'd try to take your best guess at if that 1 egg is ok and then lock down the other eggs after candling at day 19 on your second set of eggs. Also try smelling the egg too. I have found its pretty easy to find dead ones that have sit in those temps and humidity a few days after death or should I say quitting.
