if you want to check if an egg is still alive, take it out and place it on a flat hard surface. if its alive you will see it move a little

i dont really recommend this because it required opening the incubator, but only if you're desperate.

maybe your humidity was too low, or too high even.
 
They were a little low the first few days....and then all of a sudden when day 18 hit the bator is either at 99.1 or 102.3...so im just letting it stay at 99.1. Hopefully we will have some peeping tomorrow

Ok, today is day 24 and nothing still, i have candled this morning and can see the little chicky in there moving around, what is the best way to help him/her get out?, the shell is cracked because i t was dropped early on and there is a piece of the shell missing from the fall.
 
but day 24?? does that happen alot? When should i expect them to start hatching then anyone know? I have 2 eggs on day 24 now and 11 on day 21
