I'd let him dry more first. Nothing in there to get hurt on right? and no water in there. Hatched when yesterday? Lets get @WVduckchick here she has much more bator experience than me. also @Texas Kiki

Hatched this morning (au time) and no water,
Just a few friends drying out

Just hatched well then of course leave it and no worry about water of food yet. Once the little ones are up and dry and ready for the brooder then offer water and feed.

Can’t find liquid vitamin b

Hi....
I’ve managed to get vitamin b complex from vets. I’ve moved the poor little fella out of the incubator- how long should I put it in his water?
He’s a little bit more co-ordinated but still puts his head right back and flips

I was about to remove the rest of the eggs today and found one that’s pipped... not sure how long it’s been like that but it’s a little duck ... I can see it beak pop out, should I leave it another day to see if it comes out itself or help it?? @Miss Lydia
