Day 23 and surviving eggs aren't showing any signs of pipping or anything! What do I do?!

Yeah i put them in the incubator on january 13th, so that would make today day 23. I have heard of some cases where the chicks wait until day 24 because of low temps in the incubator. Maybe this is that kind of scenario?? Although I'm not sure since the temp was pretty constant
still air or forced air?

give them more time. next time you incubate still air needs to be 102F :)

Okay! Did i do any damage by incibating them at a slightly lower temp, or is that just setting it off by a little bit??
Hard to tell until they hatch. You might as well wait, but if you start to smell anything "off" near your incubator, you'll probably want to take it outside before opening and emptying it.

Okay I'll definitely keep an eye on it!

Did you calibrate your thermometer before using it? If the temperature has been low, that can delay hatching for a few days. That's the only thing I can think of right now.

I did, but it may not be exact. I might just wait it out

Exactly how did you calibrate your thermometer?

Excellent point. Even being off by 1/2 degree can result in birth defects.

It's a combination thermometer/hygrometer, so i turned it on and let it set to room temperature and humidity for a couple hours before putting it in the brooder and bringing it up to the conditions i needed.
