Day 23 egg no pip

No one from afar can tell you if it will hatch or not. One would have to be psychic to answer that.

Much more info needed.
Was the egg from your flock, a local fertile egg or shipped?
Was it a single egg or were there others? Did the others hatch? I'm assuming a chicken egg?
Have you candled, weighed or float tested?
What was the temperature, humidity and did you use calibrated sensors?
What incubator?

No one from afar can tell you if it will hatch or not, even if they knew whether the egg was from your flock, a local fertile egg or shipped, Which was it?
There was another with the same date, it hatched a day on day 22. I breed my chickens. Temperature stays at 38.0 Celsius at all times. Humidity is at 57%. Never weighed, or whatever the calibrated sensor thing either. JANOEL12 Egg Incubator. Haven't done float test. Candles yesterday and there was still some veins. Almost like it was a couple days behind. Not first hatch btw.

The temperature has likely been a bit low regardless of what your thermometer says. Normally, one can set their watch by when chicken eggs hatch depending on if early or late - all other variables being ideal.

you don't want to float test an incubating egg in the first place, most likely it's a day or more behind due to some fluctuation or the other one had already been started when set I've had chicks hatch anytime between days 18 and 25 lol.

Most of the time it it is that far off and I know they weren't set on to start em, it's been I forgot to do spot check all over inside the incubator to make sure there wasn't cool spot/s that caused them to be slower growers. Time i did have it happen there were because I wore the incubator out lol.

It's my INCUBATOR temperature that says 38.0 at all times, I have even put a digital thermometer in there as well and it says the same.

X2
Plus the incubator and thermometer could both be wrong by the same amount.
