Day 23 in bator - How long should I wait?

Ok, I am on day 23 in the incubator. I had a catastrophe on about day 9 ( I think). The incubator was powered off for a day. So I am not sure how long they would be delayed by the loss of power. I candled them at 18 days and I am certain that I lost at least half. But a few seem to filled the eggs so I have been hopeful. But now there is still no activity. The temp is 99 but I can't check humidity. It has been pretty warm and humid here lately.

I don't smell rotten eggs yet...
