Day 23 nothing moving but something's strange I found in egg!!!

So it's day 23 I candled them nothing moving from yesterday so I decided to make safety hole if nothing is happening then I will open the egg but before that I candle them I found that air cell having white small patch what does that mean

When I open the shell there was membrane which was not moist it was dry... Not breathing not moving I think it was dead amniotic sac was not absorbed...

Yes it was heartbreaking while opening the egg I just can't stop crying it was my first time....
But anyway I will make good incubator again... And try again now I got the experience.
U told that it was undeveloped that was right it doesn't absorbed the amniotic sac properly and humidity was low
