i have no idea what could have happened with either of our hatches it is so sad

i feel so bad but i must get this figured out . are you going to try also?
hope you do , we can do this i know it is hard but if we figure it out we can help some one else out so they do not have to go thur this

so hear i go agian breath deep and pray a lot .
