Day 23-still no eggs

I had 5/6 eggs hatch at 24 days. Think my thermometer was a bit off. So there may still be hope for you. If you handle the egss you have to watch out for the humidity falling and the eggs drying out as then even if the were alive at the float test they might get shrink wrapped and be unable to hatch out.

Hope it goes well for you.

float test is beyond me.....gonna have to google that as i dont kno what it means, anyhow, if u do open the bator to candle or ck for pip or chirping use spray bottle and mist them when done then close back up, this will keep humidity good..... add wet sponge if need be to help keep humidity up!

Thanks! Yeah....I'm feeling like I'm too nervous to do the water test. I think I'm just going to keep praying....I HATE this!!! Just want to run homr from school and have them be pipping!

ohhh....so sad! My turners weren't shutting off so I put a napkin over it and then the clear tray and that stopped them. I'm using a small 3-egg incubator from my school.

okay...well, nothing yet. I started misting the shells a couple of times a day since they are older and don't want them to dry out. One of the eggs feels heavy, but the other 2 don't. Is that a sign? It's a bigger egg than the other 2 though. This is crazy hard on the nerves!!!!
