DAY 24!! HELP!!

I just did the water test on my last two eggs that didn’t hatch. I put one in and it seemed to be moving but it could have just been from the table being bumped. I did hear chirping from the egg but there is no peep. Do I need to help it??it’s day 24...

Have you candled to check for movement or an internal pip? Have other eggs hatched ok? Were your temps ok during incubation? Have you counted the days correctly?

I haven’t candled because I don’t want to take them out of the incubator again. 7 Other chicks hatched just fine, a few were a little late. The temps stayed consistant through the whole thing and I’m positive I counted the days correctly.

Are these chicken eggs? It would make more sense to candle the eggs rather than float them. Just look for movement or any signs of internal pipping.

If there are no external pips it's not going to hurt the eggs to take them out and candle.. rather than sit around wondering if they're dead.

I would candle to see what’s happening in there.
It’s sometimes a hard decision to make wether to help or not. Me personally I don’t help late Hatcher’s if they don’t make an external pip but that’s just my choice and only you can make your’s I’m afraid.
