That must be why air cells are so big, they are ready 'early'!
Temps might have been a bit high, it's not too unusual, they don't read the 'rules'.

Remove or turn off turner if you are using one....otherwise nothing to do but wait, humidity doesn't really need to go up until the first pip.

How long would you expect to wait before I see external pips?

Thanks! I’m leaving them to do their thing, but I can’t help but look through the plastic at them every few hours to check so exciting!

I know......I wear a path to my incubator each hatch at due time.....Just hands off and wait because eggs know how to hatch 99% of the time...
