i have looked and it says if it’s internally pipped. mine hasn’t. should i still put a hole in the air sac

If they still haven't internally pipped then their most likely dead.

Did you try listening to the egg for a heartbeat? I could hear a clicking sound on my duck eggs and left them alone, and they hatched.
