Even larger than yesterday!

Baby should Internal pip in no time
I know we really worry but honestly patients is key and knowing what to watch for
Air cell stops abd rocking eggs are first signs it’s getting close
Then internal pips then external then a baby

I just noticed a bruise so hard to notice, but there is a crack! I added a small hole in the membrane, but it started bleeding. But it has started!!! Plus by the way, it is on the wrong end.

If baby made the crack even in the wrong end then it had made its pip on its own
Best not to touch that as they know what they are doing. The reason the pips are cracks and not shell off is to protect the membrane. Messing with that can dry the membrane
I only assist wrong ends if they are not able to pip themselves and I make a pin hole in the middle of the bruise
When at wrong end the external pip is also the internal so time wise its 48 at least before it hatches
To many think the external pip o. Wrong end means wait 24 then help baby out and they are born not ready at all
They can zip and get out on their own from wrong ends so be patient with this egg
Again if baby made its own crack ( pip ) let it do its thing !!

It was losing power, and it wasn't responding to me. But, as soon as I ripped away the membrane without losing any blood, he instantly started moving again.

It was externally pipped, but not internally, somehow. The shell was off, but not the membrane. I added a safety hole without any bloody interruptions.

It happens when they miss the air cell
But they still need the same time to absorb to hatch
Meaning the external pip is now 48 hours instead of 24
This baby will not be ready anytime soon. Just leave it ti rest and absorb
Don’t rush it or you may loose it
If you let it do it’s thing you will have a duckling soon

Sorry, but my camera is not available right now. But I can describe it to you. It's a 1 cm wide non-shell membrane, with veins visible. And you can see the small hole I made out of a tweezer in the membrane.

The other egg is not bruised or internally pipped/externally pipped yet. I'm going to give it a couple days or until something happens.
