DAY OLD CHICK NOT WALKING FLOPPING

I have a day old RIR that is the only chick to hatch. He seems small and isn't walking. I tried to look at his legs. They don't flare out when he lays like Ive seen some picture of chicks with straddle legs. He is eating and drinking OK and sorta flops about the brooder but no walking. Is this normal for a day old chick.

We got one like that from this years chicks. I thought it was going to be a goner, but it made it.

Keep him hydrated (and fed) and see what he is like tomorrow.

Just watch him too and ensure that he's ok.

there's definitely something not right with this chicks leg. I see him trying to bear weight on it but can't and just kinda hops around rather than walk. I don't want to cull him but don't know what to do
