Day Old Chicks HELP

Hello, I’m new here but have raised day old chicks for years and I’m completely stumped. I got 6 chicks yesterday (McMurray Hatchery shipped) and they seemed to be doing well. I had one that was little off but I always expect that with chicks shipments. Now I have 2 almost dead twisting, gasping for air, reddish noses, it started as wobbly and sorta unsteady with the red noses. I don’t know if red noses is a part of it or not because one does seem like a picker but I’m at a loss. Thank y’all in advanced.

I placed these ones in the box for the pics they’re in a brooded but sort of separated because I wanted to try to keep the others healthy.

Thank you it’s so weird and I’m paranoid about Avian Influenza so I’ve been a wreck.

Highly unlikely that it is AI - most likely shipping stress. Have you tried electrolytes or vitamin supplementation?
