Day old duckling mouth breathing

I have a day old duckling who just a few hours ago began mouth breathing and sometimes sneezing. It is eating, walking, and drinking normally. Any advice. I did some searching and most suggested a warm bath, which I tried but did nothing for it.

How hot is its brooder? Can it get away from heat?

Yes the heat lamp is only on one side and is able to move to a cool area.

There is also no discharge from nose or eyes.

How hot is it though in the brooder and how close is that lamp? Are you brooding them inside your house or outside? Brooding both inside your house and outside this time of year using a heat lamp you have to be very careful because they can overheat very easily. Ducks cool themselves by panting.

About 2 ft up but the buld isn't very hot. It's almost more of a choking motion but I can't find a blockage. It also does it even when taken away from the heat lamp.
