Day old duckling unable to stand

So I think the baby duck is able to balance a little more, we will keep going with the poultry cell and having her wrapped up in the upright position overnight (except last night she escaped). I’ll try to post a video of what she is doing now in case anyone have any other ideas to save her. She won’t be able to find her food or water if she can’t walk around

We are giving her poultry cell which has a bunch of vitamins, including several b vitamins. I tried to make a sling but she just won’t stay in it, she gets her toes through the leg holes and kicks right out, We will keep trying, she is so strong still and bright and interacting with the other baby, I am so sad for her and her partner, I think we may order a few more little babies because if this duck doesn’t make it then we will only have one :( none of the others have hatched

if you can keep her in the sling and make it so her feet touch the floor she may use this to strengthen her legs muscles. Also letting her swim in warm water with her buddy can help strengthen her legs too just stay right with her when she is in water.
@Quatie what do you think?

Poor thing. My guess is splayed leg. Or at least that is what it looks like to me. You make a splint to hold the legs together to treat that.

I think @HollowOfWisps has had to treat this before. So she may be able to confirm it.

I would check for a slipped tendon. You would feel it to either side of the hock joint. I don't think that is what is going on. But always good to double check.

Here is information on treating both of those. It shows chickens, but it is the same for ducks.
