Daylight Saving Time - Pro and Cons

Winter up here is terrible. You leave for work in the morning, its dark. You come home from work, its dark. Can we just change the suns cycle a wee bit?

I wish they would just pick one time and stick with it. I can adjust to the way light changes from season to season better naturally than I can with the spring time flip. It messes up my sleep cycle for a whole month. They dont flip time in Arizona and nobody there seems to have suffered any ill effects.... wish the rest of the country would take note and do the same.

We didn't flip times here until Last year and I absolutely HATE it! I don't see any good reason to have daylight savings time. It now doesn't get dark until 10pm in the summer so if you want to go to bed at 9pm it's light out.

It was light enough for me to do my chores in the morning before work and now I have to go out in the pitch black to stoke the woodstove, feed animals etc.
