Does he have drainage coming from his eyes?

Seams like it is. like its drying and matting down the feathers around his eyes

What about drainage from his nares. Also listen to his chest to see if you hear rattling or wheezing.

Mabye a little wheezing but he whines and Coos 24/7 when hes with me

Doesnt seam like any from nares

Just wondering if he has a sinus infection. If your putting ACV in his pool to make a difference it will have to be pretty good bit .
