Yep they def have much better table manners than ducks my ducks especially my Runners are slobs

Finaly got the duck coop done enough to move in. not 100% done tho. and only 50 feet of run since canadian tire was out of fence

Duckies seam ok with it

Looks good to me. I bet the duckies will love it. Your going to keep them n till you get permanent fence up? The fence doesn’t look like it would keep many press out.

Yeah iam thinking 3x more of what i have. Keep their wings clipped and let them out and put them in everyday. tThe ground space i want would take so much metterial to cover

Why clip their wings they are Pekins they aren't going to fly?

Oooh i thaught they could do like 10 foot spurts and use their wings to "jump"

I don't think you have to worry about Pekins flying but they can use their wings to jump but not far off the ground Pekins are a heavy breed. You worried about them going over the fence? I'd be more worried about something coming over the fence from the outside. also please don't feel I am nit picking but you really need more ventilation in their house unless there are windows and I can't see them.. Air flow is very important for their health you can cut windows in and cover with hardware cloth.

Yeah theres a 5x12 window in the back, And vents in the bottom, and the spaces between the rafters, So air can pass right threw

I wish the run was 100% covered but its not feasable right now and i wouldnt get the space i want

Its a rural area there shouldnt be any predators in the day but i know the worst can always happen
