from Central Texas! Roaming dogs work my nerves! Looks like the general consensus is yes on the electric fence keeping your birds safe.
Welcome. I do not have an electric fence/net, but I am comfortable with my hardware cloth and apron set up. It would not stand up to a bear - but we don't have them here.
