Oak knew his father was sad, but he didn't know why. He padded over to Cedar and tugged at his fur playfully, begging his brother to play. There was no response.

”Come on, Cedar. Get up. I wanna play! Look, I can speaks now!” Oak managed to say, expecting his brother to celebrate with him, but he was met with cold silence. Oak whimpered sadly and took a step back. When he did, Oak noticed his fur was covered in blood.
