Yeah, currently around -21c here right now, with a -31 windchill.

I *really* want winter to be over and done with!!!

Oh, and I hurt my back shoveling earlier, as well as had a minor asthma attack due to the cold air.

Ya the cold sure does suck, more muscular skeletal injuries happen in cold weather -

Hate hate hate winter! This summer I am going to fully insulate the barn and have a proper heated “area” outside the actual Hen House (where they sleep at night). This way they can choose to roam the barn where it’s cold or go into the warm up area and relax.

Anywhooo that’s the plan, we shall see if this does happen. I don’t want have to spend another cold winter working in the barn.

Yep not 19 anymore….

-17C now and sunny. Looks nice but darn cold still!

I tromped out behind the barn to check this camera as it seems to have moved position, and holy Dinah the snow was over my boots and my fingers just about froze!

Couldn’t see anything obvious with the camera, will need to check it out when it’s warmer.

But I now have a blind spot and can’t see the horses when the go under the trees (to the left). The camera now won’t track that way.

Global warming is a massive PITA, but there are temps that are just too cold

Nothing more to say on this….

Everything is froze up here, had a devil of a time getting the truck doors open they were froze shut from moisture freezing. Thank goodness for remote start I could warm it up a bit to thaw the doors.

Finally 'warming' up. Although the wind chill is still bad. It's -9 right now, feels like -14. Beats the -30!!

Going to get better as the week goes on, with expected 0 on Sunday! I may wear a bikini!

Have a total of 28 baby bunnies, including the ones born a few days ago. Not all of them come from my rabbits, but my friend and I have pretty much decided that we're splitting them 50/50, no matter the parentage. More does are due in a few days, and then a few more next week. Glad it's not me dealing with all of those, lol!!!

One litter I'm really looking forward to is next week. I hope to make steps forward towards having tri-coloured rabbits with this one. Like this:
