My take on this is that they could mean the same thing, but don't necessarily. For instance, if I walked into my house and found that a lot of your belongings had been moved, I'd consider it disturbing or alarming, but not creepy.

No, not really.

Disturbing could be someone eating cereal with orange juice. Not creepy, but very disturbing.

Creepy could be a face looking at your through your window. That would be creepy. That could be disturbing too, but mainly creepy.

I didn’t, just slammed return until I decided it was enough. A picture would work in this situation, but my roots haven’t grown out yet so I couldn’t take a picture. My hair is still pink and pretty, although my bathroom is another story.
